Radiant and intricate, the tile collections of Ellen Blakeley Studio are hand crafted of recycled tempered glass, pigment, and light. The deliberately broken glass creates a mosaic of intrigue, a window to the treasure embedded below. The tile is a paradox, born of glass refuse, it is repurposed into an elegant surface material. Ellen Blakeley Studio offers four distinct Collections comprising 45 original palettes. Every tile is made by hand in an intricate process involving seven stages. Tiles and panels can be customized and provide unlimited opportunity for decorative expression.

A collection of twelve tiles that traverse four evocative categories:
Shimmer - a study in the subtly of shine
Pop - delicious colors that sparkle and dance
Organic - real leaves punctuate seasonal skies
Metallic - the refracted glint in a natural terrain
This signature collection is an enchanting array of precious materials. Each tile is a unique web of color and depth, accentuated with texture both organic and ornate. Grout amplifies the shattered effect of the glass, making whole what was once broken.
Nature's elements are interpreted in glass tile that reflects the essence of earth, air, fire, water and metal. Primal and dramatic, this collection radiates intensity.

Using a new tempered glass that has all the green pigment removed has allowed Ellen to create a pure white mosaic tile. Pure as the driven snow with a glint of silver and gold accents.
